Islamabad \u2013 Supreme Court has issued notices to the sellers in line with the decision of returning land to the respective owners. EOBI case was heard by a bench comprising of two members, under the supervision of Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali. The lawyer of EOBI case told the court that for selling purchased property, advertisements were given in the newspaper but no interest was shown by anyone in this regard.<\/p>\n

EOBI Board has decided to return purchased land to respective owners. Justice Anwar Zaheer mentioned in his remarks that the money of poor employees will be protected. Court deferred the meeting for two weeks after issuing notices to the sellers.<\/p>\n
