The petitioner stated that\nthe relevant departments had not implemented the court\u2019s order with regard to encroachments\nin the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, East district anti-encroachment Director Zahid Bin Khalil submitted a report that indicated that the Jamalud Din Afghani Park in the areas was now clear of illegal structures.
