It had further expressed displeasure at the ministry only taking action against low-ranking officials. A panel of international experts to be\nengaged by the ministry through International Development Partners will also\nreview it further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important component of the plan is to improve\nsafety and punctuality of the trains, for which a separate office of chief\noperating superintendent has been established. Similarly, a safety conference\nwill be organised on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another major feature is the digitisation and implementation\nof information technology to promote automation.
