The petitioner contended\nthat the city\u2019s Dhoraji and Ghani Salahuddin roads were encroached at multiple\nplaces and that the court\u2019s orders were not being implemented completely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response, Karachi Development Authority (KDA) East District Anti-Encroachment Director Zahid Bin Khalil submitted a report according to which Jamalud Din Afghani Park had been completely cleared of illegal structures.
