In this regard, the apex court has sought the approvals of building plans comprising more than ground plus two floors. Chief Justice (CJ) Gulzar Ahmed directed the Chief Secretary (CS) to submit the report within the provided deadline and immediately <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sc-orders-sindh-chief-secretary-to-take-over-sbca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"take over (opens in a new tab)\">take over<\/a> the SBCA\u2019s affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, the court has ordered the Karachi Commissioner to clear the Shahrah-e-Quaideen, along with its three islands, from all types of encroachments.
