The aim of this committee is to ensure the implementation of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"approved building plans (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-starts-investigations-master-plan-violations.html\" target=\"_blank\">approved building plans<\/a> within the housing projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this regard, CDA issued a statement on Wednesday. It said that the Master Plan Director would head the committee. The\nmembers will examine the layout plans, compare the implementation of the plans on\nground, and examine the provisions and utilisation of areas reserved for civic\namenities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the committee will be tasked with inspecting different commercial buildings within these housing societies.
