However, a few years ago, the CDA halted all construction activities in E-11 until further notice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the SRO issued, the CDA stated that hundreds of projects\nwere executed in the capital city due to a lack of enforcement. The statement\nadded that the court had passed several rulings for taking immediate steps for\nproviding relief to the residents of these projects. As per the SRO, several multi-storey\nhousing projects in E-11 did not possess the requisite approvals from the CDA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the details in the SRO, the CDA will regularise the high-rise structures in E-11 after receiving the compoundable and non-compoundable charges from the respective developers. Additionally, it has asked\nfor them to also provide infrastructure, amenities, parking, circulation of\ntraffic, and open spaces by sharing the costs for these facilities amongst\nthemselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The civic body revealed that the latest traffic, urban regeneration, and environmental impact studies would help in the regularisation of E-11.
