According to the developer, this gated and master-planned project features international-standard amenities &#8211; with 6,000 residential units owned by the general public. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With regard to the rumours on cancellation of the society\u2019s\nleased status, the management issued a detailed statement. It stated that the\nownership of Naya Nazimabad land was \u2018absolute, clean, lawful, and clear\u2019. It further\nstated that the group company had obtained approval from the Lyari Development\nAuthority (LDA), BOR, and Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) prior to\ncommencing with the development work in the scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The society\u2019s management further clarified that they had created the <em>Gath\/Wadh<\/em> (survey) form 35 after fulfilling all requirements. It added that the form\u2019s cancellation was illegal, so it was restored.
