He noted that\nthe changes in the bylaws had been approved by the CDA Board, but they had not\nbeen notified to the general public as yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CDA Chairman, while detailing the allotment of funds, stated\nthat the authority had committed PKR 250 million for the uplift of major\nmarkets in the capital city.
