He\nadded that this result was unprecedented in Pakistan. He lauded his team for\novercoming the gap between the public and the government departments. He opined\nthat this was actual empowerment of the citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Azam Khan also stated that the resolution of 92% of the complaints registered on the portal was a big achievement.
