She added that in collaboration with the National Database &amp; Registration Authority (NADRA), the government would identify the deserving families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nishtar revealed that after receiving CNIC numbers via the Ehsaas SMS service, they would use a two-layered filtration system. She added that the first layer would use the parameters like bank balance and occupation.
