Meanwhile, the authority had vacated the adjoining three or four\nbuildings before beginning with the demolition process. The building would take\ntwo to three days for complete demolition, SBCA sources added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dawar stated that they had declared the Gulbahar Building in Karachi&#8217;s Rizvia Colony \u2013 constructed over a plot of 72 square yards \u2013 as hazardous and asked the residents to vacate it before the coronavirus-lockdown was imposed. However, the authority could not follow up on this notice as the provincial government imposed the lockdown. He added that there are over 300 such hazardous buildings across Karachi.
