NEPRA highlighted receiving complaints of higher bills than usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, NEPRA took up the matter with the K-Electric management. The company was asked to provide some relief to the consumers in view of the novel coronavirus pandemic and as a result, the company decided to defer the payment of March 2020 bills for a month.
