The development authority will grant completion certificates for small buildings within 19 working days, for residential buildings in 13 days, and other buildings and structures in 27 days. Moreover, the CDA will no longer demand an NOC from the revenue directorate for transfer of property, as last paid tax and dues bills will be accepted instead. It was informed that cases related to trade change for industrial plots will be executed within 27 working days. Also, the CDA has made some internal reforms and now the meeting of the Design Vetting Committee will be conducted twice each month to review and approve buildings and structures related to mega projects.
