In addition to\nissuing loyalty and debit cards to these individuals, the government will\nlaunch a special app for expatriates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The school fees for the children of the overseas Pakistanis who are a part of the loyalty programme will be reduced by half in OPF schools and colleges.
