Under the proposal, the LDA Directorate will be partially made functional \u2014 with some directorates to be made operational with essential, skeletal staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Town Planning, Commercialisation, and Estate Management branches will also become partially operational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the one-window cells in LDA offices will be opened between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM; however, initially the cell will only entertain layout approval applications. An online token system will also be launched for visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a related news, the Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) has issued a notification regarding the time period its offices will remain open.
