Barrister Zafar informed the bench that PR had closed the project altogether due to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/chinese-experts-share-tips-on-fighting-covid-19-pandemic.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">COVID-19 crisis<\/a>.
