In this regard, the district administration on Friday also issued a Section 4 notification \u2014 allowing the government to acquire land from individuals as per the rates decided previously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rrr-timeline-issued-opening-project-bids.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RRR: Timeline issued for opening project bids<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RDA Chairman Tariq Murtaza stated that the authority would use the acquired land along RRR for building the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Satellite town<\/li><li>A housing project as part of the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP)<\/li><li>A modern medical city<\/li><li>Vegetable &amp; fruit markets<\/li><li>Economic zone<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman Murtaza explained that the decision to develop the NPHP project along the RRR route had been made due to the unavailability of suitable land within the city.
