Possession of plots will be provided on 69% clear area of LDA Avenue-1.The body has also granted a building period of three years to the owners of plots.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants are required to deposit a processing fee of Rs. 10,000 per kanal for getting possession. LDA has advised the defaulters, who have not submitted their dues so far, to settle remaining charges by the 30<sup>th\u00a0 <\/sup>of June, 2014.
