This development is expected to facilitate the approval of building plans, requests for alterations in existing structures, and the commercialization process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are the operational protocols for the LDA\u2019s one window facility amid the threat of the coronavirus pandemic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-seeks-permission-to-resume-public-dealing-during.html\">LDA seeks exemp<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-seeks-permission-to-resume-public-dealing-during.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tion from Infectious Disease Ordinance to resume public dealing<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The one-window cell will remain open between 10 am and 2 pm.<\/li><li>Prior to visiting the facility, the citizens will be required to make online appointments at the special portal (www.lda.gop.pk) launched for this purpose.<\/li><li>The applicants will receive appointment confirmation SMSs, which they will have to show to enter the LDA offices. The citizens will only be allowed to visit the facility at the given time and will be required to bring all needed documents for their appointments.<\/li><li>The staff will record the visitor\u2019s temperatures.
