He said that their topmost priority was to make the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/five-industrial-estates-receive-sez-status.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">special economic zones <\/a>in the four provinces operational.
