These developmental projects are part of the authority\u2019s attempt to realise the incumbent government\u2019s vision of developing the Blue Area of Islamabad as per the international standards. The estimated cost of the project amounts to PKR 612.252 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the publication, the CDA has announced that it will complete the developmental work within 12 months and from its own resources. The meeting was informed that the basic infrastructure development in the locale is required to facilitate the general public and bring the auction to the local and foreign investors\u2019 attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, after the development of the Park Enclave\u2013I as a model residential project in Zone \u2013 IV of the capital, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/park-enclave-ii-pc-1-to-be-tabled-before-cda-dwp-this-week.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA-DWP<\/a> also approved the development of Block-A of Park Enclave-II. The authority plans to construct the project within two years with an estimated budget of PKR 1.628 billion.
