Aside from master planning, the agency will also perform urban and special planning for the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New land-use and building bylaws will be prepared specifically for the Ravi Zone. Additionally, to ensure steady flow of the river, the agency will formulate a comprehensive plan with the irrigation department.
