The developers of these housing schemes had not procured an NOC from the development authority, which is a mandatory condition for real estate builders and developers to meet prior to officially launching a commercial or residential project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this raid, the FDA Enforcement Wing directed the developer to meet the legal requirements in order to get an FDA NOC issued for the respective project.
