In a related development, the RRR consultant is expected to present the feasibility report on May 15 (Friday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rda-start-land-acquisition-process-rrr-development.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RDA to start land acquisition process for RRR development<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To this effect, the National Highway Authority (NHA) will construct the eight-kilometre-long patch of the RRR project \u2013 connecting it with the CPEC Route and the M1 Motorway. The remaining part of the project will be completed on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An official of the divisional administration revealed that the project\u2019s preliminary report had undergone a few changes and will be presented to the Lahore Ring Road Authority (LRRA) during its board meeting \u2013 scheduled for next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, the provincial government had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rrr-project-handover-to-lrra-temporarily-suspended.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">temporarily suspended<\/a> the LRRA from taking over the project because of several amendments introduced in the LRRA Act. He added that the provincial government would pay for the built-up properties and agriculture land.
