According to details, the amendments are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Insertion of the words \u2018or Assistant Commissioner or any other Officer\u2019 after Deputy Commissioner in section 3, sub-section (3)<\/li><li>Introduction of a penalty in section 4<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, the added penalty states that a person found in violation of the orders passed by the government, officers concerned, or the regulations of the act would have to pay a fine up to PKR 1 million or attachment of movable, immovable, or perishable property \u2013 or both.
