The new clause added to the building by-laws allows the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/noc-now-mandatory-high-rise-constructions-near-airports.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">construction of high-rise buildings <\/a>with over 10 storeys within the jurisdiction of the development authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PDA has allowed the construction of high-rise buildings in the wake of rapid urbanisation in Peshawar.
