The minimum width of streets in the low-cost apartment schemes is 20 feet, while the main road has to be 60 feet-wide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rules also recommend that developers will leave 5% of the projects\u2019 total areas as open spaces, while 2% of the total land will be reserved as car parking areas.
