Gujrat: The Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) on Tuesday announced its decision to partially resume the fard<\/em> and mutation services at Arazi Record Centers (ARCs) via express counters throughout the province, according to news sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These services have remained suspended for approximately two months during the countrywide lockdown followed by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sources have reported that these services will be offered on a limited basis and customers may be subjected to extra charges but there will be no requirement for prior appointment to avail these services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, the PLRA was offering fard issuance<\/a> services to the cases involving bails and that too to those who secured appointments in advance. However, now the express counters will provide Fard issuance services and mutations of all kinds for some additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
