Islamabad: The developer of Capital Smart City \u2013 Future Developments Holdings (FHD) \u2013 has notified its members regarding the payment of instalments and membership fees via its official Facebook page today (June 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notice states that the Capital Smart City members, whose bookings of plots and villas started on January 1, are required to submit the due confirmation amount and their pending instalments before June 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notification also directs buyers who have booked 3.5 marla plots and units in the Villa Apartment to deposit their confirmation charges along with membership fees by June 6. Previously, the due date for submission of these charges was May 31 but it was delayed due to Eid holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the Capital Smart City members who were to submit their confirmation charges and membership fees from June 1 onwards must also clear their pending dues by the deadline communicated in their booking receipt \u2013 or else their membership will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The developer also stated that no request for payment of the pending dues and membership fees will be entertained after the said deadline and for such clients, the amount they have already paid will be refunded with a deduction of 25% in a duration of 6 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the same notice<\/a>, the developer also revealed that the discount policy on payment of instalments and the 3.5-year long payment plan offered on 5 marla and bigger plots and villas has been discontinued from May 22 onwards.
