As per the tender notice, the CDA has invited sealed bids under the &#8216;Single Stage Two Envelop&#8217; procedure from construction companies registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreover, firms with valid registration certificates in PEC Category 3 or above have been requested to apply. The qualified firm will carry out works related to development of road network and install sewerage lines and water supply system.
