According to details, these cameras will be connected to the Safe City Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the IGP stated that his department was taking elaborate measures for the city\u2019s security in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies. He added that cameras would help improve the security situation and maintain high vigilance in Islamabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senior police officials said that the high-tech cameras would also help in following up on complaints of police behaviour. They added that cameras were capable of capturing images of law enforcement officials and the public (suspects, passers-by, and witnesses) even at night. They said that the feed would connect to Rescue 15, where the recording will be available if needed.
