An E&amp;T spokesperson stated that citizens seeking to get their vehicles registered or transferred should make an online appointment via the AMS before coming to the office. He added that the department had introduced this measure to prevent risk of overcrowding at the premises and implement social distancing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, citizens can download the application via the Google Play Store or the excise department\u2019s official website. The facility is available for new registrations and vehicle transfers.
