Reportedly, a number of these plots had been purchased for public projects or welfare schemes but as they remain unutilised, they were quickly occupied by influential individuals. These include high-end commercial plots in Gulgasht Colony and the Gulshan Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MDA is going to auction a 2-kanal land located on the Northern Bypass, in the first phase.
