It will engage the consultant to prepare the human resource structures, develop business and cash flow models, and prepare the governance components of the project \u2013 part of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cdwp-review-ml-1-projects-worth-pkr-100-bn-tomorrow.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDWP to review ML-1, other projects worth PKR 100 bn<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, the Central Development Working Party (CDWP) had recommended the ML-1 railway project to the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) for approval. Meanwhile, the Railways Ministry plans to start physical work on the project from January 2021. The ministry is also in process of hiring consultants for creating the Terms of reference (TORs) for engaging the international consultant.
