To this effect, the interested parties have been requested to submit their proposals to the Office of Chief Engineer-LDA latest by July 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-lease-properties-generate-revenue.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA to lease its properties to generate revenue<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per details, LDA intends to develop apartments in Lahore to provide 50,000 housing units for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-wasa-tepa-employees-get-10000-apartments-under-nphp.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA employees<\/a>, other public departments and the general public under the NPHP initiative. The land for this purpose has already been identified in LDA City housing scheme. It spans over 2,000 kanals that will be utilised for the construction of as many as 10,000 housing units in two years. The applying firms should not be blacklisted by any national or international firm.
