The approved projects include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Extension of a hotel on Davis Road in Data Ganj Bakhsh Zone<\/li><li>Extension of commercial building was approved in Gulberg Zone<\/li><li>6-kanal residence was approved in Aziz Bhatti Zone<\/li><li>2 Apartment buildings and 2 farmhouses were approved in the Nishtar Zone<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Read: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/mcl-amends-building-bylaws-2017-for-lahore.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MCL amends Building Bylaws 2017 to promote construction activity in Lahore<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MCL had recently introduced e-building plan project for quick approval of building plans. Under the project, building plans and completion certificates have to be provided within 30 days by the corporation. Additionally, land-use conversion has been approved within 45 days.
