He said that 30 working days are fixed to process the building plan approval applications and the issuance of building completion certificates, separately. However, a timeline of 45 days has been announced for land-use conversion approval applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the preliminary housing societies plan approvals will be granted in 21 days. For the approval of housing scheme maps, 28 days will be given and 11 working days are set to issue the final approval for private residential schemes.
