Speaking to the media during his visit to Larkana, he said that his government would introduce the \u2018best local bodies system\u2019 in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lg-system-to-be-introduced-merged-districts.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Local government system to be introduced in merged districts: KP CM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PM Khan stated that the said system would see to the direct transfer of funds to district councils. He added that the system could be strengthened if powers were devolved to the grass-root level. He also revealed that the government was planning to rectify the errors in the National Financial Commission (NFC) Award after a consultation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expressing his views on direct LG elections for local representatives, he said that this initiative could resolve the problems of mega cities like Lahore and Karachi.
