The IHC bench ordered the OP&amp;HRD ministry and OPF to submit reports explaining the mechanism for facilitating overseas Pakistanis with regard to land disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court also directed an official of the ministry, who is well versed with the said mechanism, to resolve such land disputes to appear in court on the next date fixed.
