He said that the system allows determining the origin and category of the complaint as soon as it\u2019s lodged. The concern will then be forwarded to the respective focal person appointed by the government at the provincial level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complaints can be filed in the form of an SMS sent to 1166 and through WhatsApp on +92-300-111-11-66.
