The permissible structure encompasses ground plus two floors with four bedrooms. The booking fee is PKR 295,000 and the total amount is PKR 1,675,000. The possession will be given in 3 years and payments can be made in 16 quarterly instalments spreading over 4 years (PKR 86,250 each).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the processing fees for the application is PKR 5,000 \u2013 non-refundable. For preferences like corner plot, boulevard location and park facing \u2013 the investors will have to pay an additional 10% (each).
