The bids can be submitted by July 23, not later than 11:30 AM. As per the CDA\u2019s rules, the bidding firms have to have their Pakistan Engineering Council License 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development authority has lately resumed development work in the sectors that have been stalled from the last several decades.
