He further expressed his desire for all DCs, water boards, and local bodies to collaborate while formulating the rain emergency plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CM Shah highlighted that the USD 11 million World Bank (WB) project would likely start within the coming four months. He added that under this project, all major <em>nullahs<\/em> of Karachi would be lined.
