He ordered the ministry to inform the court about its procedure for addressing grievances of overseas Pakistanis before the next hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The law officer from the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) informed the court that a complaint cell had been established in 2011.
