Islamabad: The Petroleum Division on Wednesday revealed that the division and its attached departments had resolved over 135,000 complaints received over the Pakistan Citizen\u2019s Portal, a news source reported. The officials concerned added that the division resolved 135,308 complaints out of 140,082 complaints registered on the portal. They added that the current complaint resolution rate stood at 97%, along with absolute complainant satisfaction.
