The Bahria Greens booking fees is PKR 295,000 and interested parties can download the booking from the society\u2019s official website. The society offers <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/forum\/discussions\/projects_and_developments\/last_date_for_bahria_greens_booking_phase_1_announced-33464.html\" target=\"_blank\">possession in three years<\/a> and the payment plan is extended to four years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the overseas citizens, the society management has introduced a designated Overseas Block, which will be a gated community with a private club and other world-class facilities.
