He stated that its early completion would permanently resolve the flooding issue in Rawalpindi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, Rashid directed the officials concerned to complete the preparations so that the Leh Expressway project could be completed on a timely basis. In response, the officials stated that they would soon have a mechanism ready for constructing the expressway.
