The project had been awarded under the title of \u201cDualisation of Rawalpindi-Sihala-Kahutr Road\u201d by the National Highway Authority in April 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, no progress has been made on the project in the two years since \u2014 with the venture facing trouble in obtaining relevant approvals from the Planning &amp; Development Ministry.
