Twelve firms submitted bids for E-12\/3, while 10 firms submitted bids for sector E-12\/2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A committee headed by the CDA General Works Director will assess the submitted bids \u2014 with the financial bids for the firms that qualify to be opened.
